Six pieces of laser rangefinder RPLIDAR 360° Laser Scanner and one TIM561-2050101 from company Sick were added as new equipment of National Centre of Robotics. First type of scanners will be also used in education, and second scanner is primarily assigned into the research.

National Centre of Robotics acquired high-end sensor HEX-70-CE-2000N from the company OptoForce. Sensor is able to measure forces, or torques, in 6 DOF. National Centre of Robotics participated at International Engineering Fair in Nitra 2015. Our results were presented at the stand of our partner SCHUNK. We watched the visitors from above and we handed out candies on the ground by our candy robot. You can see more in attched video and photos.
