As part of its activities, the National Centre of Robotics helps to organize invited practical lectures for students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (FEI STU), where NCR has its headquarters. These lectures are of great importance for the professional growth of students because they get to know the real problems of industry in Slovakia and thus gain more motivation to study the lectures offered by the FEI STU. The connection between the academic sector and the industry can therefore also be carried out in such a form.
In the coming days, two such lectures from our long-term partners will be organized at FEI STU. The first lecture will be given by Ing. Milan Lokšík from Sova Digital on the topic of Optimization in production and logistics based on collected data from processes. It will take place on 25.11.2022 at 13:00 in room CD-150.
The second lecture will be held by Matador Automation. It will take place on December 6, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in room DE-300. The company will present its activities and experience in the field of PLC, robotics, simulations, and development. It will also offer students the possibility of internships, bachelor’s, and diploma theses.
